Duval  city

We are:
Dedicated to Understanding Viciously Altered Language (DUVAL).

Our mission is to be a place for community.

Community begins with a neutral space. Back in the day, spaces such as DUVAL were called “Asylums” – today we reclaim this viscously altered word & upcycle the blueprint. DUVAL sets a new tone in systemic functioning by raising the standard of “help” and replenishing purpose in individuals – the foundation of community.

Through Crystalized Intelligence (Raymond Cattell & John Horn) we co-generate an environment that supports and encourages growth and self-determination in order to equip generations with Freedom.

We currently offer one Asylum that operates out of Price Hill Cincinnati, OH. This space provides temporary relief, respite and holistic coping skills to all genders, ages, nationalities and walks of life.

This space is used as an emergency shelter, a neutral meeting space for community building through group classes to family visits to field trips.

DUVAL is a space to:

  • practice life skills
  • build intersectional connections
  • share resources like food perks
  • homemade meals
  • hygiene products & assistance
  • labor/work opportunities
  • medical access
  • resume help
  • sales connections
  • internship opportunities
